This project involved the comprehensive refurbishment and extension of a large two-storey chalet-style family house dating from the 1970s.

Following detailed pre-application discussions with the local planning authority and the resolution of various technical matters, full planning permission was granted for a contemporary extension to a pair of period cottages, now combined into a single dwelling.
