Aspect360 successfully secured planning permission for a significant mixed-use development at the former Easton Colliery site in Bristol. The redevelopment of St Gabriel’s Court has delivered a three-storey commercial building alongside 10 family homes serviced of a new shared surface access.
Aspect360 led on the public consultation with the local community and coordinated input from a range of technical consultants, overcoming several planning constraints in the process.
Designed by 105 West Architects, the scheme marks a major step in the regeneration of this inner-urban brownfield site, which has remained underutilised for many years.
